The Vertania NCIS has 4 members. It is based in a small warehouse and is an official Federal agency. All members are armed with handguns and usually have body armour. Ther wear blue jackets that say on the back in yellow writing NCIS. NCIS stands for Naval Criminal Investigation Agency.
