History: Alexander was an average Canadian. He joined the police and the task force around age 24. When he moved to Vertania the police offered him a position almost as soon as he got off the plane. As Vertania and Canada had very good connections they believed that he would be a good officer. So he joined the ETF and quickly rose in the ranks.
